Riyadh – Mubasher: Canadian Medical Center Company appointed Khalid Mohammed Al Ammar as the Chairman of the board members.

Hamad Mohammed Al Dhuwaili was named as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

The two officials were appointed for a new term that commenced on 28 December 2025 for four years and will end on 27 December 2029.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, the company’s net profits hiked by 102.70% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 11.76 million from SAR 5.80 million in 9M-24.

Revenues amounted to SAR 104.03 million at the end of September 2025, an annual increase of 29.32% from SAR 80.44 million.
